The picture above is called DFD(Data Flow Diagram) using by programmers when they design program or system. As you can see on the picture, tne program or system is an agregation of paccayas between data and process, data and data, process and process. It is not incorrect that you can see the rupa and nama of a thought-system as a synonym of data and process of a computer system.

2. thought-system consist of six thoughts

Thought-system consist of six thoughts and each thought is an assembly of citta, mano and vinnana.

The picture above is the eye-thought as example.

http://www.accesstoinsight.org/tipitaka/sn/sn12/sn12.061.than.html

Just as a monkey, swinging through a forest wilderness, grabs a branch. Letting go of it, it grabs another branch. Letting go of that, it grabs another one. Letting go of that, it grabs another one. In the same way, what's called 'mind,' 'intellect,' or 'consciousness' by day and by night arises as one thing and ceases as another.

The sutta quoted above depicts analogically how the rupa(data) flow through citta(address space), mano(i/o area) and vinnana(program). The monkey and branches are metaphor of data(rupa) and citta(address space) - mano(i/o area) - vinnana(program).

3. thought-system is built by nibbana through paṭiccasamuppāda

All the computer programmers carry out 12 programming tasks for the system concerned of a company. The nibbana likewise carries out 12 paṭiccasamuppāda‘s tasks for the thought-system of the person concerned. Although when the nibbana repairs and deletes the existing thought-system or specific program(vinnana), it is done by selecting some part of the 12 tasks with through reverse direction in order.
